  • No stains, tears, odors, offensive items, or used undergarments.
  • Unsold pieces may be donated or collected within 10 days after the term.

Shipping only

Online orders ship at the buyer's expense. Smaller orders use a flat rate; large or bulky orders may require a calculated quote. Orders generally ship within three business days, excluding Sunday.

Final sale—with fair exceptions

Purchases are final unless an undisclosed error or store negligence occurred. Contact Reins within seven days. Approved return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Payment confirmation

Guest checkout is welcome. Reins currently confirms payment through its store workflow while secure Clover online payment is connected. Inventory is reserved when your order request is accepted.
